Ada 2 cara untuk membuat comparative adjective:
- short adjectives: add "-er"
- long adjectives: use "more"
Short adjectives

Penggunaan Comparative Adjectives
Comparative adjectives dapat digunakan ketika
membicarakan tentang 2 hal. Comparative adjective sering diikuti oleh
"than".
Contoh:
- John is 1m80. He is tall. But Chris is 1m85. He is taller than
John.
- America is big. But Russia is bigger.
Misal, jika ingin membandingkan dua planet Earth
and Mars dapat menggunakan perbandingan sebagaimana table di bawah ini:

Superlative Adjectives
Ada dua cara untuk membentuk superlative
adjective, yaitu menggunakan “est”, atau “most”:
Contoh:
- short adjectives: add "-est"
- long adjectives: use "most"
dan biasanya juga ditambah dengan 'the'.

Penggunaan Superlative Adjectives
Superlative adjective digunakan untuk
menggambarkan tiga hal atau lebih. Contoh:
- John is 1m75. David is 1m80. Chris is 1m85. Chris is the
tallest.
- Canada, China and Russia are big countries. But Russia is the
biggest.
- Mount Everest is the highest mountain in the world.
